Reliability, measured

Volume, success rate and generation speed — measured from our live job database, not marketing claims. Measured period: the last 30 days as of October 30, 2026.

Why the other 1.9% fails

About 4 in 5 chargeable failures are prompts that trip upstream content filters — recognizable public figures, brand-protected characters, or flagged terms. Our pre-charge moderation screen catches most of these at submit time (blocked before any charge); the few that slip through to the upstream model are rejected there, counted as failures, and refunded instantly. The remaining share is upstream provider errors and timeouts — every one auto-refunded, never billed.

The practical takeaway: if a prompt avoids real-person likenesses and protected IP, its odds of first-run success are meaningfully higher than the 98.1% site average.

How we measure

  • Render time is measured from job submission (after your image finishes uploading) to the moment the finished MP4 is delivered from our storage.
  • A run counts as failed when the upstream model returns no usable video — content-filter rejections, provider errors, timeouts, or stuck jobs. Pre-charge moderation blocks happen before any charge, so they are neither billed nor counted.
  • Success rate = delivered videos ÷ all chargeable runs (moderation blocks excluded from both sides).
  • We re-publish these figures as the site grows. This page exists to be checkable.

The guarantee behind the numbers

AI video generation is probabilistic — no honest platform can promise every run succeeds. What we promise is the economics: you only pay for delivered videos. Failed runs reverse themselves, credits never expire, and there is no subscription to forget about.
